1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can confirm your order
by entering your details and selecting the payment method.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Online payment options will be added soon.
3. How much are the shipping charges?
We charge Rs. 300 on orders below Rs. 3,000. Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for FREE shipping.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Karachi: 2–3 working days
Other cities: 4–8 working days (depending on location)
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel.
6. What is your exchange policy?
We have a 7-day exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by
proof of purchase. Sale items and damaged goods (by customer misuse) are not eligible.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
8. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan.
